What Does HAHA Do? The Hermosa Arts & History Association is an all-volunteer organization, meaning we have no paid staff, though at times we do hire experts for consulting or to carry out a job that cannot be done by HAHA members.
Besides special events (see our Events Page for this year's schedule), we have a number of ongoing programs that are managed by HAHA members through various committees.
HAHA Committees All active HAHA members volunteer for one or more of the organization's committees, which are in charge of the various ongoing programs or one-time events.
View the list of the current committees and a brief explanation of what each does on the HAHA Committees page.
The Doug Hesnard Memorial Garden Flowers and shrubs beautify the entrance to the HAHA Museum. Garden Committee volunteers tend the garden, which was established to honor one of HAHA's founding members.
The Memorial Brick Walkway Commemorate an individual, a family, a ranch, an organization, or leave an inspirational message-- and help support our restoration efforts-- by purchasing an engraved brick to pave the entrance walkway of the HAHA building.
View the Memorial Brick Walkway and learn how you can order your own bricks on the Memorial Brick Walkway page.
The Museum Brand Boards Collection Commemorate a ranch and its historic brand by branding a board and giving HAHA the brand information. Brands are displayed on a wall of the HAHA building.
Hermosa Arts & History Association Books and Memorabilia HAHA creates useful collectibles or educational items and offers them to the public. Any profits go to help fund HAHA.
