Saturday, May 9, 2026 -- 8:30 am to noonish. HAHA held another Fundraiser Bake Sale. This event was a big success and we opened earlier to catch those folks stopping by the Post Office. We sold out by noon, but many folks had already headed up the road to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church spaghetti feed. We were notified that the Fairburn Community Church made a very generous donation to our "Raise the Roof" fundraiser, and we had at least one kind soul drop off a check because she'd heard of our "angel" donor who is matching funds. HAHA is so grateful to all the people who support our Museum.

Saturday, June 13, 2026 -- The "Game of Shrooms" hunt for hidden mushrooms. HAHA members hid the mushrooms around Hermosa and the surrounding area, then posted photo clues on the HAHA Facebook page. Participants then hunted down the 'shrooms and were allowed to keep them. Participants were asked to post photos of their finds. Most mushrooms were found, though at least one team was disappointed to arrive too late at every hunting spot. Too bad. The HAHA arts committee is already looking forward to next year. Only Hermosa and Sturgis joined the "Game of Shrooms" in all of South Dakota, though the game is world-wide.
